Salesforce Spiff is an app that helps HR, Finance and Sales teams streamline their entire compensation management process and provide a new level of transparency to their customer facing teams.
It is a stand-alone app, but natively integrates with Salesforce and other data systems to provide clear compensation calculations on every deal for reps, which in turn could help reps create the most efficient deals.
